POLICY
We pride ourselves in being the premier enduro mountain bike race series in the NW. Once you’ve paid for your race entry, you’ve invested in this event, and our commitment to providing you with a fantastic race experience. Entry fees are spent months in advance leading up to the race, therefore NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE for any reason to include but not limited to injury, illness, family/work emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the unfortunate event that you're unable to make an event, a race transfer may be an option: TRANSFER REQUEST
WAITLIST
POLICY
If a race is full you may join the waitlist at no cost. If we are able to offer you a spot, and you accept, a $25 fee waitlist fee will be incurred in addition to the regular registration fee. All offers are sent via text message with a 24 hour deadline to accept. Please respond at your earliest convenience even if you're unable to accept the offer. This is courtesy, and helps us expedite offers to everone waiting. After the deadline if there is no response, the offer is sent to the next person on the waitlist. FAILURE TO RESPOND TO AN OFFER TO RACE TWICE IN THE SEASON WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM ALL WAITLISTS WITH NO FURTHER OFFERS TO RACE. The entire waitlist is closed one week from the event. Any spots that open during race week will be made available to the general public via our website and social media accounts.
