She Spoke is a free women's only group pre-ride offered for each CDC race venue, hosted by a variety of women's mountain bike clubs and teams across Cascadia.
These group rides are a prime opportunity to connect with an amazing community of women mountain bikers, from the local ladies that can't wait to share their trails with you, to the women you'll be riding with on race day.

2018 CDC WOMEN AMBASSADORS
Anne Galyean & Emily Sabelhaus
Emily is no stranger to the CDC community. Emily raced under the title of "Juliana Free Agent" in 2017 and is continuing her relationship as a Juliana and SRAM brand ambassador. She looks forward building upon her established relationships while sharing her racing experience and enthusiasm to get more women racers involved in the sport.
Anne may be new the NW but certainly not to the mountain biking community. Anne was on the Yeti/Fox National Enduro Team last season and is now a Yeti Pro Ambassador. After racing around the world Anne has recently relocated to Seattle to focus on her science career. Anne was looking for an opportunity to stay connected to her mountain biking roots, and was a perfect fit for the She Spoke program to support and inspire women racers.
